Each seasonal box includes three pairs of earrings:

• One pair of real pressed-flower earrings
• One pair of polymer clay earrings
• One pair of coordinating stud earrings

Each box also includes:

• A seasonal story and art card
• A surprise Hello Annie extra

 All earrings are a surprise and are intentionally designed to match the seasonal colour palette and overall theme.

 

How many boxes will I receive?

You will receive four separate boxes, one for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

 

When will each seasonal box ship?

Seasonal boxes ship according to the following schedule:

• Spring Box: Ships in April
• Summer Box: Ships in July
• Fall Box: Ships in October
• Winter Box: Ships in January

Shipping dates may vary slightly but will always align closely with the start of each season.

 

If I purchase now, when will my first box ship?

Your first box will ship with the next upcoming season after your purchase.

For example:

• Purchases made before April will begin with the Spring box
• Purchases made after April but before July will begin with the Summer box

Any remaining boxes will ship automatically according to the seasonal schedule.

 

 

Is this a recurring subscription?

No. This is a one-time purchase that includes all four seasonal boxes. You will not be automatically charged again once the subscription has been paid in full.

 

Can I pay for the subscription in installment’s?

Yes. Shop Pay Instalments are available at checkout. Eligible customers may split the cost of the 4-Season Subscription Box into four interest-free payments. Eligibility is determined by Shop Pay.

 

Are the earrings lightweight and hypoallergenic?

Yes. All Hello Annie earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear. Hypoallergenic hardware is used whenever possible. If you have specific sensitivities, please contact us prior to purchasing.

 

Are the designs exclusive?

Yes. All earrings included in the seasonal subscription boxes are exclusive to subscribers and will never be restocked.

 

Will the earrings look exactly like the photos?

No. Product photos are representative of style, colour palette, and quality. Because each pair is handcrafted and includes real pressed flowers, variations in colour, shape, and floral placement are natural and expected.

 

Can I choose the colours or styles in my box?

No. Each seasonal box is artist-curated. Colours and styles are selected to align with the season’s palette and theme and cannot be customized. This ensures a cohesive and intentional seasonal experience.

  

Can I cancel, return, or exchange the subscription?

Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of the subscription and the surprise element, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available once purchased.

 

Can I update my shipping address?

Is this subscription limited
